We believe that supporting young people at the start of their leadership journey is a fundamental building block towards helping them become the authentic future leaders that the world needs.

2023 saw Underdog Leadership become the principle sponsor for the Silverstone UTC “Formula One for Schools” Racing Team.
​
With future leaders likely to be facing increasingly digitised and technological challenges, investing in a group of aspiring, young engineers has enabled the Silverstone-based students to experience the design, production and competition element of performance motorsport.
​
Having qualified 2nd out of 20 teams at the regional finals, the Silverstone team went on to the National Finals in their inaugural season being promoted to "Pro Class" for the 2024 season.
